Polije and SS4C Prepare Budget and Governance Framework for JAP 2026–2027
Politeknik Negeri Jember (Polije) and Swisscontact’s Skills for Competitiveness (SS4C) program conducted a strategic coordination meeting to discuss financial planning and governance for the Joint Activity Plan (JAP) 2026–2027. The meeting focused on the principles of efficiency, transparency, and resource alignment to support the implementation of TEFA and PBL.
Dr. Yossi Wibisono, S.TP., M.P. (Polije’s Vice Director II), affirmed Polije’s commitment to ensuring the financial integrity of the program.
“We emphasize that financial planning must be based on the principles of efficiency, transparency, and compliance with national financial regulations. This is essential to ensure JAP implementation is supported effectively and accountably,” said Dr. Yossi Wibisono.
Kiki Hendarin, Deputy Program Manager SS4C, stated that SS4C provided recommendations on budgeting strategies designed to prioritize high-impact interventions and long-term financial sustainability.
“Our budgeting strategy recommendations prioritize high-impact interventions that guarantee long-term financial sustainability, in line with our international experience in managing vocational programs, especially concerning TEFA and PBL,” explained Kiki Hendarin.
The financial discussions resulted in preliminary agreements that will be integrated into the final JAP document.
“We are satisfied with the clarity and progress achieved in the financial planning stage. This will contribute to a more coordinated implementation strategy, while strengthening our commitment to complete the JAP finalization in the coming months,” concluded Polije Leadership.
