Politeknik Negeri Jember through its Office of International Affairs Politeknik Negeri Jember (KUI) officially opens the recruitment of Student Volunteers for 2026. This program is designed to provide opportunities for active and motivated students to actively participate in various international activities on campus.

The Volunteer KUI POLIJE 2026 program invites students who are communicative, responsible, and enthusiastic about international engagement. Through this initiative, students will gain valuable experience while contributing to the development of POLIJE’s global presence.

As part of their responsibilities, selected volunteers will accompany international students under the buddy system. They will also assist in student exchange programs and support visiting lecturers during their academic activities at POLIJE.

In addition, volunteers will be involved in organizing international events such as seminars, cultural exchange programs, and welcoming sessions. They will also support administrative tasks and publication activities related to international programs coordinated by KUI.

Students who join the program will receive several benefits, including an international volunteer e-certificate and valuable work experience in an international environment. The program also offers networking opportunities with foreign students and global partners, as well as an official KUI Volunteer lanyard.

To be eligible, applicants must be active students of POLIJE with a minimum of second semester standing. They should possess good communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and a strong commitment to participate throughout the volunteer period. English proficiency will be considered an advantage. Applicants are also required to submit a letter of willingness and commitment.

The registration period is open from 27 February to 30 March 2026. Interested students can apply by scanning the QR code provided on the official poster or accessing the registration link available through KUI’s information channels.
