Politeknik Negeri Jember (POLIJE) has initiated discussions on potential international cooperation with Talent Angels Pte. Ltd., a global recruitment and placement company headquartered in Singapore, to explore opportunities for international employment and professional development for POLIJE graduates. The initial discussion was conducted online and involved representatives from POLIJE and Talent Angels.

The meeting served as an important platform for both institutions to introduce their respective profiles, areas of expertise, and potential areas of collaboration. POLIJE presented its commitment to strengthening graduate employability and expanding international networks, while Talent Angels introduced its experience in international recruitment and manpower placement across several countries.

Established in 2017, Talent Angels Pte. Ltd. specializes in global ethical recruitment and placement, particularly in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. The company works with employers and professionals across various international markets, including Taiwan, Japan, Australia, Singapore, and the United States, creating opportunities for qualified candidates to pursue careers abroad.

During the discussion, Talent Angels highlighted its commitment to ethical recruitment practices and fair labor standards. The company emphasized the importance of ensuring that candidates are connected with reputable employers and provided with dignified and appropriate opportunities to work overseas.

For POLIJE, the potential collaboration is expected to support the institution’s efforts to strengthen the international employability of its graduates. Through international recruitment pathways, POLIJE students and alumni may have opportunities to gain professional experience, develop global competencies, and build careers in international work environments.

Taiwan was identified as one of the potential international destinations that could be explored through this cooperation, particularly in relation to employment opportunities aligned with the competencies of POLIJE graduates. Further discussions will be needed to identify suitable sectors, job positions, qualification requirements, recruitment mechanisms, and other relevant arrangements.

The initiative also aligns with POLIJE’s broader internationalization strategy, particularly in strengthening partnerships with international organizations and industry stakeholders. Cooperation with Talent Angels is expected to provide a potential bridge between vocational education and international employment, while also supporting the development of graduates who are ready to compete in the global labor market.

The meeting concluded with a shared interest in continuing communication and exploring concrete forms of cooperation. POLIJE and Talent Angels look forward to identifying mutually beneficial programs that can provide international career opportunities for graduates while strengthening institutional and industry linkages across borders.
