JEMBER – The Primary Clinic of Politeknik Negeri Jember (Polije) has officially received authorization to provide international vaccination services. The campus healthcare facility is now authorized to issue official International Certificates of Vaccination for academic community members and the general public.

The authorization refers to Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2019. It also strengthens the implementation of Minister of Health Regulation Number 23 of 2018 concerning International Vaccination Services and the Issuance of International Vaccination Certificates.

The authorization was issued through a Decree of the Head of the Class 1 Health Quarantine Center in Probolinggo, Number SR.02.03/C.X.13/2753/2026. The decision confirms the readiness of the Polije Primary Clinic to provide high-standard medical services.

Politeknik Negeri Jember Director Saiful Anwar, S.TP., M.P., welcomed the strategic achievement of the campus healthcare facility. He also reaffirmed Polije’s commitment to providing accessible and legally compliant medical services for the wider community.

“This step represents Polije’s commitment to improving the quality and coverage of healthcare services for the academic community and the general public,” Saiful Anwar said.

Polije’s Public Relations Office also shared the announcement through the university’s official social media channels. The new service will make it easier for people who need valid health documentation for international travel.

The development also expands the quality and coverage of healthcare services provided by the higher education institution. The Polije Primary Clinic continues to transform into a responsive medical service center that meets public needs.
